- Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Fold in Lucky Charms cereal.
- Scoop: Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Press a few extra marshmallows on top.
- Bake: Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Centers will look slightly soft.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, gently fold in the marshmallows at the end to prevent excessive melting. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
