  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup blueberry juice or lemonade
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup ice
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, blueberries, lemon slices, lemon juice, and honey or simple syrup.
  2. Add blueberry juice or lemonade and stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, add ice and top with sparkling water or club soda.
  5. Gently stir and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a stronger fruit flavor, muddle some of the blueberries before mixing. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute wine with white grape juice or lemonade.
