- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup blueberry juice or lemonade
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1 cup ice
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, blueberries, lemon slices, lemon juice, and honey or simple syrup.
- Add blueberry juice or lemonade and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add ice and top with sparkling water or club soda.
- Gently stir and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
For a stronger fruit flavor, muddle some of the blueberries before mixing. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute wine with white grape juice or lemonade.
