Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites are a healthy, refreshing frozen snack. Creamy yogurt is swirled with sweet blueberry puree and frozen into bite-sized treats—perfect for summer or anytime you want a guilt-free snack.

- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Silicone molds or mini muffin liners

- In a small saucepan, cook blueberries with lemon juice and 1 tsp honey over low heat for 3–5 minutes until softened. Mash lightly to make a puree. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with remaining honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of yogurt into silicone molds or mini muffin liners, then add a small spoon of blueberry puree. Swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
- Repeat until molds are filled, finishing with a yogurt layer and swirl.
- Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.
- Pop out of molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
You can use mixed berries for a colorful variation. For a creamier texture, fold the blueberry puree gently into the yogurt before layering.
