  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Silicone molds or mini muffin liners

  1. In a small saucepan, cook blueberries with lemon juice and 1 tsp honey over low heat for 3–5 minutes until softened. Mash lightly to make a puree. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with remaining honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spoon a small amount of yogurt into silicone molds or mini muffin liners, then add a small spoon of blueberry puree. Swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
  4. Repeat until molds are filled, finishing with a yogurt layer and swirl.
  5. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.
  6. Pop out of molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

You can use mixed berries for a colorful variation. For a creamier texture, fold the blueberry puree gently into the yogurt before layering.
