  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • For Serving

  3. In another bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly into a serving dish.
  5. Spoon the tomato bruschetta mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
  7. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crackers.

Notes

For best flavor use ripe tomatoes and fresh basil. The tomato topping can be made a few hours ahead and kept chilled until ready to serve.
