These Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips are crispy, sweet, and lightly spiced. Made in the air fryer with minimal oil, they’re a healthier alternative to store-bought chips and make a perfect snack or topping for yogurt, oatmeal, or desserts.

  • 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar (or 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp sugar)
  • Optional: a pinch of salt

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, toss banana slices with melted oil until lightly coated.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the banana slices.
  4. Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Remove and let cool for a few minutes; chips will crisp further as they cool.

Notes
