- Prepare coating: Set up three bowls—one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with coconut, panko, salt, pepper, and paprika mixed together.
- Coat chicken: Dip each chicken piece into flour, then egg, then coconut mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Cook: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain: Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a lighter version, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes or air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 12–15 minutes. Flip halfway for even crispiness.
