- 4 cups baby potatoes, halved

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add halved baby potatoes around the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic-parmesan mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker to keep everything moist.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top before serving. You can also add carrots or broccoli for a complete meal.
