- Pour in beef broth, milk, and heavy cream. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce. Add spinach or peas for extra vegetables. Top with extra cheese for a richer flavor.
