- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.

Notes
Swap ground beef for ground turkey if desired. Add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies, or a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
