  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes or spinach
  • Optional garnish: fresh basil

  4. Make sauce: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in pesto and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Add optional veggies if using.
