- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the batter starts to crisp.
- Meanwhile, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil or melted butter if using.
- Remove cauliflower from oven and toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until crispy and slightly browned.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, try air-frying the coated cauliflower at 400°F for 15–20 minutes. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
