- Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary over the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until beef and vegetables are tender.
- If using, stir in frozen peas 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
Notes
This is a flexible “dump-and-go” recipe — you can add other vegetables like green beans or parsnips. For thicker stew, mash a few potatoes or add a cornstarch slurry at the end.
