  • 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

  1. Place beef cubes in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic-butter mixture over the beef and toss to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours until beef is tender.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or veggies.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the beef in the garlic-butter mixture for 30 minutes before slow cooking. Adjust seasoning to taste.
