  • 1 lb smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika or red pepper flakes

  2. Layer sliced kielbasa on top.
  3. Pour chicken broth over everything.

  6. Stir gently and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can lightly brown the kielbasa in a skillet before adding it to the crockpot. This dish pairs well with crusty bread or cornbread and makes excellent leftovers.
