This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is an easy, cheesy, and comforting meal. Layers of cheese, sauce, and ravioli cook together in the slow cooker for a hands-off dinner perfect for busy nights.

- 1 package (25 oz) refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish

- Grease the slow cooker lightly with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Spread 1/3 of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
- Drop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the ravioli and sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat layers with remaining sauce, ravioli, ricotta, and mozzarella.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or on HIGH for 1 1/2–2 hours, until ravioli are tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, do not overfill the crockpot. If using frozen ravioli, add 15–20 minutes extra cook time. You can swap ricotta with cottage cheese for a lighter version.
