Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a simple, comforting one-pot meal that layers frozen ravioli, marinara sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella for a cheesy, hearty dinner. Perfect for busy weeknights or St. Patrick’s Day family meals.

- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)

- Spray the inside of a 6-quart crockpot with cooking spray.
- Spread 1/3 of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer, then dollop half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese and a little Parmesan on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, ricotta, and mozzarella. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
Do not stir during cooking to maintain the layered effect. You can swap mozzarella for provolone or add cooked sausage for extra flavor. Serve with garlic bread or a side salad.
