Description

A comforting, cheesy lasagna made easy in the crockpot using layers of ravioli, marinara sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella — perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 package (about 912 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish

  1. Lightly spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  3. Layer half of the frozen ravioli, half of the ricotta, half of the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, ending with sauce and cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours, until ravioli are tender and cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the crockpot to ensure even cooking. No need to thaw ravioli — cook from frozen for best results.
