- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional garnish: fresh parsley
Instructions
Instructions
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet and quickly sear steak bites on all sides (optional but recommended).
- Transfer steak bites to the slow cooker.
- Add garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until steak is tender.
- Stir and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Sirloin works best for tender bites. Avoid overcooking lean cuts—LOW heat gives the juiciest result. For thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir in during the last 30 minutes.
