- Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Divide rice between bowls and top with sticky chicken.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Add steamed broccoli, carrots, or cucumber for extra freshness. Swap rice for cauliflower rice for a lighter option.
