Dump and Go Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken is an easy, flavorful dish where chicken breasts are cooked in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce. Perfect for a hands-off dinner, served with rice or noodles.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening, optional)
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Optional: Remove chicken and thicken sauce by stirring in cornstarch mixture. Return chicken to sauce.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can also be shredded for sandwiches or wraps.
