- 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water (optional, for thickening)

- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Optional: For a thicker sauce, remove chicken and stir in cornstarch mixture. Cook on high 5–10 minutes until thickened, then return chicken to the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
You can also use frozen chicken breasts — no need to thaw. Adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste.
