  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Cook shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  2. Make sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add cream: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add cheese: Stir in Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine: Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add lemon juice.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor. Adjust garlic and seasoning to taste.
