- Add cream: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cheese: Stir in Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Combine: Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add lemon juice.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
