  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated or minced
  • 2 cups shredded Napa cabbage or bok choy
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large pot, bring broth, water, garlic, and ginger to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions, usually 6–8 minutes, until heated through and tender.
