- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

- Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions, usually 6–8 minutes, until heated through and tender.
- Add cabbage and carrots during the last 3–4 minutes of cooking.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.

Optional: Add cooked shrimp or shredded chicken for extra protein. For a spicier soup, add a splash of sriracha or red pepper flakes.
