  • 12 frozen or fresh potstickers (chicken, pork, or veggie)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups baby spinach or bok choy
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional: sesame seeds and sriracha for garnish

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add broth, water, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add potstickers and cook according to package instructions, usually 5–8 minutes, until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in spinach or bok choy during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  5. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and sriracha if desired.
