- 2 cups baby spinach or bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: sesame seeds and sriracha for garnish

- Add broth, water, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Add potstickers and cook according to package instructions, usually 5–8 minutes, until fully cooked.
- Stir in spinach or bok choy during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and sriracha if desired.
