- Shape flowers: Roll dough into small balls and arrange 5–6 balls together to form a flower shape. Gently press the center.
- Add jam: Spoon a small amount of jam into the center of each flower.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool: Let cool completely and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Use thicker jam to prevent spreading. Chill dough if it becomes too soft while shaping. You can mix different jam flavors for colorful variations.
