- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano or thyme

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, reduce heat and melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon garlic butter over the top.
- Add lemon juice if using and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness. Serve with rice, pasta, or vegetables. Add a splash of cream for a richer sauce.
