- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

- Prepare mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
- Form meatballs: Roll mixture into small meatballs (about 1–1.5 inches in diameter).
- Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).
- Serve: Serve hot with your favorite sauce, pasta, or as an appetizer.
Notes
For extra flavor, simmer cooked meatballs in marinara sauce for 10 minutes. You can also bake them at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes instead of pan-frying.
