- Place chicken and halved potatoes in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes, tossing gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are tender.
- Optional: garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve as a complete meal or with a side salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of chicken broth before cooking. You can also add vegetables like carrots or green beans 1–2 hours before the end of cooking.
