- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini. Cook 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add cherry tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Cook 2 more minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Serve on its own for a low-carb meal or over rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice for extra fuel. Great for meal prep and reheats well.
