  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli or green beans
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

  1. Pat steak dry and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steak 4–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak from heat and let rest 5 minutes.
  5. Slice steak thinly against the grain.
  6. Divide rice or quinoa between bowls.
  7. Top with sliced steak, tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli, and avocado.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
