  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 23 cups cold water
  • 12 cups ice
  • Lemon slices and blueberries, for garnish

  1. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, 1 cup water, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes until berries break down.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove skins, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Let cool.
  3. In a pitcher, combine blueberry syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  4. Add cold water and stir well.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or dilution as needed.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.

Notes
