- Strain the mixture to remove skins, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Let cool.
- In a pitcher, combine blueberry syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add cold water and stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or dilution as needed.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
Notes
For a smoother drink, strain well. You can replace sugar with honey or a sugar substitute. Add sparkling water for a fizzy version.
