Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups are a healthy, sweet snack made from pureed strawberries and a touch of natural sweetener. Perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or a fun treat at home.

- Preheat oven to 170°F (75°C) or the lowest setting. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a blender or food processor, puree strawberries until smooth. Add honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, and blend again.
- Pour the puree onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly into a thin layer (~1/8 inch thick).
- Bake for 4–6 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky and peels easily from the parchment paper. Alternatively, use a food dehydrator following manufacturer instructions.
- Allow to cool completely. Cut into strips and roll up with parchment paper to store.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or mix in other fruits like mango or peach. Make sure the layer is thin and even for consistent drying. Avoid overlapping fruit puree to prevent uneven drying.
