- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread sweet potatoes evenly on the sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and remaining olive oil.
- Remove pan from oven and add sausage and broccoli.
- Drizzle everything with the honey garlic sauce and toss gently to coat.
- Return to oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring once, until vegetables are tender and caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes. You can swap broccoli for green beans or Brussels sprouts if desired.
