  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes evenly on the sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and remaining olive oil.
  5. Remove pan from oven and add sausage and broccoli.
  6. Drizzle everything with the honey garlic sauce and toss gently to coat.
  7. Return to oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring once, until vegetables are tender and caramelized.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes. You can swap broccoli for green beans or Brussels sprouts if desired.
