- 8 oz medium pasta shells

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add pasta shells and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 12–15 minutes, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
You can add chopped spinach or peas for extra vegetables. For a cheesier dish, sprinkle additional cheddar on top before serving.
