- Shape cookies: Scoop dough into 1–2 tbsp portions, roll into balls, and place on prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Add glaze (optional): Mix powdered sugar with Irish cream liqueur until smooth and drizzle over cooled cookies.

Notes
