- Add vegetables: Stir in cabbage and carrots. Cook 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add broth: Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15–20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add lemon & dill: Stir in lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Ladle into bowls and garnish with extra dill if desired.

Adjust lemon juice for brightness. Add potatoes or rice for a heartier version, or keep it light for a refreshing soup.
