- Cook chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat grill. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Rest: Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve: Serve with fresh vegetables, rice, or a salad. Spoon any remaining juices over the chicken.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dollop of Greek yogurt or tzatziki when serving. You can also bake the chicken at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes instead of pan-cooking.
