- Shape cookies: Scoop dough into 1–2 tbsp portions and place on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake 10–12 minutes, or until edges are set and tops are lightly golden. Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
