This One Pot Beefaroni is a quick, comforting, and cheesy dinner that the whole family will love. Ground beef, pasta, and a rich tomato sauce cook together in one skillet for minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow macaroni or similar pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water or beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add uncooked pasta, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover. Simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce is thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also mix in some cooked vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
