- Stir in uncooked macaroni, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with pickles if desired.
Notes
You can add diced tomatoes or bell peppers for extra vegetables. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce.
