- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs if using.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Add cooked chicken, shrimp, or sautéed vegetables for a heartier meal. For extra richness, finish with a splash of cream or a pat of butter.
