  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
