- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add cabbage, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir-fry until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
- Return sausage to the skillet and toss to combine with cabbage and onions.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
Notes
You can use pre-cooked sausage to reduce cooking time. Add a splash of chicken broth if you prefer a slightly saucier stir fry. Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
