- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Remove baking sheet, push sweet potatoes to one side, and add sausage slices. Drizzle honey garlic mixture over everything.
- Return to oven and roast an additional 15–20 minutes until sausage is cooked and sweet potatoes are tender, tossing halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
You can add vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers for a colorful, balanced meal. Adjust the amount of honey for more or less sweetness.
