- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional)

- Add beef, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, carrots, and mushrooms to the slow cooker.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender.
- About 20–30 minutes before serving, add ramen noodles directly to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook until noodles are tender, stirring once or twice.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or sriracha. You can swap ramen for udon noodles—just adjust cooking time accordingly.
