- Place cooked beef mixture, corn, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Optional: garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add diced bell peppers or green chilies. Serve with warm cornbread or a side salad for a complete meal.
