  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) baked beans or pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onion. Drain excess grease.
  2. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  3. Add diced potatoes to the slow cooker, then top with cooked beef.
  4. Add corn, beans, cream soup, milk, and seasonings.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 20 minutes of cooking. Cover until melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.
