- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, diced

- 1 can (15 oz) baked beans or pinto beans, drained

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onion. Drain excess grease.
- Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Add diced potatoes to the slow cooker, then top with cooked beef.
- Add corn, beans, cream soup, milk, and seasonings.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 20 minutes of cooking. Cover until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
