- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: cooked bacon bits or chopped green onions

- Add diced potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Top potatoes with cooked beef mixture and corn.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce evenly over the casserole.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, cover, and cook an additional 15–20 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with bacon or green onions if desired and serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey for beef or use cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom. This casserole reheats well and is great for meal prep.
