  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into large cubes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic-butter mixture over the beef and add beef broth.
