- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

- Place beef in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef.
- Pour beef broth around the beef to keep the seasoning on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until beef is tender.
- Optional: garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
For extra richness, stir in a few extra tablespoons of butter during the last 30 minutes of cooking or add a splash of heavy cream.
